Over deze opleiding

Sustainability begins with insight. Organisations are increasingly asked to report transparently on their impact on the environment, people and society. At the same time the volume of legislation keeps growing, as does the need for reliable sustainability data to steer by, decide on and account for.

In the module GHG FOOTPRINTS, LCA & CSRD you learn how to measure and analyse sustainability impact and translate it into usable management information and reporting. You get to know current standards and methods such as CSRD, ESRS, OEF, PEF, the GHG Protocol, Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). You also learn to work with instruments such as MKI and MPG to make the environmental impact of products, projects and organisations visible.

This module combines theory with practice. You work on concrete assignments around CO2 footprints, LCA calculations, stakeholder management, double materiality analyses, governance and ESG reporting. In doing so you build the knowledge and skills to not only account for sustainability information, but to use it strategically for improvement and lasting value.
